Position Purpose:

This position performs the duties through contacts with migratory families to provide information and to identify and recruit children who qualify for the Migrant Education Program. They also assist migrant families in understanding the expectations and benefits of educational experiences for their children.

 Note: Oregon schools have been directed by the Governor under OAR 333-019-1030 to ensure that school teachers, staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.  "Fully vaccinated" is defined as 14 days after receiving all required doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine (currently two shots of Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or one shot of Johnson & Johnson vaccine).
